Payments can fail for a few common reasons:

• 3-D Secure (bank verification) wasn’t completed or timed out.
• Your bank blocked the transaction (risk controls, online/international/MCC restrictions).
• Insufficient funds or the card’s daily/online limit was reached.
• Wrong card details or billing address/CVV mismatch.
• Prepaid/gift cards are not supported by the processor.
• VPN/proxy, browser extensions, or antivirus interfered with the checkout.
• Temporary gateway outage or network timeout.

Try these steps:

1. Retry the payment and complete 3-D Secure in your banking app/SMS.
2. Check that your name, billing address and ZIP/postcode match your bank records.
3. Disable VPN/proxy, try another browser (or private window), and clear cache.
4. Use another method if available (Visa/Mastercard, Apple Pay/Google Pay, Crypto).
5. Contact your bank to allow online/international purchases for this merchant.
6. Wait a few minutes between attempts to avoid automatic declines.
7. If it still fails, contact support with the error message/code, time of the attempt, amount/currency, and (optionally) a screenshot. Do not share full card details.

You cannot normally get banned from using our services. Dead By Daylight developers have the ability to ban you, but there is no chance of getting automatically banned. You will not be noticed unless you give people a reason to report you via a report ticket on the official DBD website. Please don’t use hacks in the Public Test Build!

We use special protection to prevent cracking/reverse engineering. Unfortunately, Windows Defender and many others can’t verify the file due to this protection, so they flag it as potentially dangerous.

We cannot remove or appeal bans issued by the game developer. Using third-party tools is always at your own risk.

Compensation / refunds: We do not provide compensation or refunds for bans. Our products are sold “as is”.

Since 2022 Behaviour patched permanent injection. You need Emporier to have all the items or unlock prestige. The progression you earn by playing will stay. If you own Emporier Ultimate, you can use our Prestige Injector and have prestiges permanently.

There’s no official limit. In our tests, the safest pace has been 30 prestiges per day. You may be able to do more, but we’ve only validated 30/day and haven’t seen bans at that rate — proceed at your own risk.

No, the currency, rank and level spoofer is only to look more legit, trolling your friends and other things.

Yes, the unlocker is server-sided. So all other players can see what you’re wearing.

The program uses a proxy server as an intermediary between the game client and the game database. We modify the data that arrives on the server according to how you set it up in Emporier. The tool automatically turns the proxy server on and off. In rare cases, you may need to turn it off manually.
